दिवाली में ४ चीजे करते…(आप अध्यात्मिक दिवाली मनाओ)१)घर का कचरा बाहर निकाल कर साफसुथरा करते ऐसे फालतू वासना का कचरा बाहर निकालो … अध्यात्मिक दिवाली मनाओ….२)घर में नई चीजे लाते … "दुसरे का हीत , दुसरे का मंगल कैसे हो" ये आप के जीवन में नई चीज लाओ… दुसरे सुख, प्रसन्नता और सन्मानित कैसे रहे ऐसा हीत का चिंतन करो तो आप लोक लाडले हो जायेंगे..३)दिए जलाते… अपने को परिस्थितियों में पीसो मत….ज्ञान का दिया जलाओ …..दुःख आया तो गलती हुयी है, गलती कैसे मिटे …धन के संग्रह में लगे तो गलती हुयी तो इनकम टैक्स का दुःख हुआ….संसार दुखालय है….आसक्ति से पंगा छुडाओ ….सुख आया तो बाटों ..सुख उदार होने के लिए आता ..ऐसा ज्ञान का दिया जलाओ ..४) मिठाई खाते और खिलाते…. प्रभु का आनंद अपने जीवन में भरो…ख़ुद भी प्रसन्न रहो….दूसरो को भी मधुरता दो..मधुराधिपतये मधुरं मधुरं… अर्थात मधुमय व्यवहार करो ..(किसी गरीब बस्ती में जाकर मिठाई खिलाना और गरीब के घर में भी दिया जला के आना).. मैं दिवाली में आदिवासी एरिया में जाऊँगा…जहा गरीब गुरबे है… कपडे, बर्तन, मिठाई बाटूंगा ….हम दिवाली नए कपडे पहेन के नही मनाते… मेरी तो रोज दिवाली है.

From Dusshera to Sharad Poonam night by doing tratak (Fixed gazing)
at Moon increases eye-sight।
Make kheer of Rice, Milk, Mishri, Put some gold or silver for sometime while making
Kheer then place it in
Moonlight for atleast 2 hours। Don't cook any other food for that day, only eat Kheer।
We should not take heavy diet in late night, hence eat Kheer accordingly।
The Kheer nourished in the radiant moonlight on Sharad Poonam night can also be ताकें
in next day break-fast after
For Eyes to function properly whole year, try to put thread in a needle in Sharad Poonam Moonlight। (No other light should be nearby).
Sharad Poonam Night is very beneficial for spiritual upliftment, hence one should do Jaagran on this night, i.e. as possible don't sleep and do Japa Dhyan Kirtan on this holy night

इन्दिरा एकादशी
इन्दिरा एकादशी
युधिष्ठिर ने पूछा : हे मधुसूदन ! कृपा करके मुझे यह बताइये कि आश्विन के कृष्णपक्ष में कौन सी एकादशी होती है ?
भगवान श्रीकृष्ण बोले : राजन् ! आश्विन (गुजरात महाराष्ट्र के अनुसार भाद्रपद) के कृष्णपक्ष में ‘इन्दिरा’ नाम की एकादशी होती है । उसके व्रत के प्रभाव से बड़े बड़े पापों का नाश हो जाता है । नीच योनि में पड़े हुए पितरों को भी यह एकादशी सदगति देनेवाली है ।
राजन् ! पूर्वकाल की बात है । सत्ययुग में इन्द्रसेन नाम से विख्यात एक राजकुमार थे, जो माहिष्मतीपुरी के राजा होकर धर्मपूर्वक प्रजा का पालन करते थे । उनका यश सब ओर फैल चुका था ।
राजा इन्द्रसेन भगवान विष्णु की भक्ति में तत्पर हो गोविन्द के मोक्षदायक नामों का जप करते हुए समय व्यतीत करते थे और विधिपूर्वक अध्यात्मतत्त्व के चिन्तन में संलग्न रहते थे । एक दिन राजा राजसभा में सुखपूर्वक बैठे हुए थे, इतने में ही देवर्षि नारद आकाश से उतरकर वहाँ आ पहुँचे । उन्हें आया हुआ देख राजा हाथ जोड़कर खड़े हो गये और विधिपूर्वक पूजन करके उन्हें आसन पर बिठाया । इसके बाद वे इस प्रकार बोले: ‘मुनिश्रेष्ठ ! आपकी कृपा से मेरी सर्वथा कुशल है । आज आपके दर्शन से मेरी सम्पूर्ण यज्ञ क्रियाएँ सफल हो गयीं । देवर्षे ! अपने आगमन का कारण बताकर मुझ पर कृपा करें ।
नारदजी ने कहा : नृपश्रेष्ठ ! सुनो । मेरी बात तुम्हें आश्चर्य में डालनेवाली है । मैं ब्रह्मलोक से यमलोक में गया था । वहाँ एक श्रेष्ठ आसन पर बैठा और यमराज ने भक्तिपूर्वक मेरी पूजा की । उस समय यमराज की सभा में मैंने तुम्हारे पिता को भी देखा था । वे व्रतभंग के दोष से वहाँ आये थे । राजन् ! उन्होंने तुमसे कहने के लिए एक सन्देश दिया है, उसे सुनो । उन्होंने कहा है: ‘बेटा ! मुझे ‘इन्दिरा एकादशी’ के व्रत का पुण्य देकर स्वर्ग में भेजो ।’ उनका यह सन्देश लेकर मैं तुम्हारे पास आया हूँ । राजन् ! अपने पिता को स्वर्गलोक की प्राप्ति कराने के लिए ‘इन्दिरा एकादशी’ का व्रत करो ।
राजा ने पूछा : भगवन् ! कृपा करके ‘इन्दिरा एकादशी’ का व्रत बताइये । किस पक्ष में, किस तिथि को और किस विधि से यह व्रत करना चाहिए ।
नारदजी ने कहा : राजेन्द्र ! सुनो । मैं तुम्हें इस व्रत की शुभकारक विधि बतलाता हूँ । आश्विन मास के कृष्णपक्ष में दशमी के उत्तम दिन को श्रद्धायुक्त चित्त से प्रतःकाल स्नान करो । फिर मध्याह्नकाल में स्नान करके एकाग्रचित्त हो एक समय भोजन करो तथा रात्रि में भूमि पर सोओ । रात्रि के अन्त में निर्मल प्रभात होने पर एकादशी के दिन दातुन करके मुँह धोओ । इसके बाद भक्तिभाव से निम्नांकित मंत्र पढ़ते हुए उपवास का नियम ग्रहण करो :
अघ स्थित्वा निराहारः सर्वभोगविवर्जितः ।
श्वो भोक्ष्ये पुण्डरीकाक्ष शरणं मे भवाच्युत ॥
‘कमलनयन भगवान नारायण ! आज मैं सब भोगों से अलग हो निराहार रहकर कल भोजन करुँगा । अच्युत ! आप मुझे शरण दें ’
इस प्रकार नियम करके मध्याह्नकाल में पितरों की प्रसन्नता के लिए शालग्राम शिला के सम्मुख विधिपूर्वक श्राद्ध करो तथा दक्षिणा से ब्राह्मणों का सत्कार करके उन्हें भोजन कराओ । पितरों को दिये हुए अन्नमय पिण्ड को सूँघकर गाय को खिला दो । फिर धूप और गन्ध आदि से भगवान ह्रषिकेश का पूजन करके रात्रि में उनके समीप जागरण करो । तत्पश्चात् सवेरा होने पर द्वादशी के दिन पुनः भक्तिपूर्वक श्रीहरि की पूजा करो । उसके बाद ब्राह्मणों को भोजन कराकर भाई बन्धु, नाती और पुत्र आदि के साथ स्वयं मौन होकर भोजन करो ।
राजन् ! इस विधि से आलस्यरहित होकर यह व्रत करो । इससे तुम्हारे पितर भगवान विष्णु के वैकुण्ठधाम में चले जायेंगे ।

कुन्तीनन्दन ! व्रत पूर्ण होने पर आकाश से फूलों की वर्षा होने लगी । इन्द्रसेन के पिता गरुड़ पर आरुढ़ होकर श्रीविष्णुधाम को चले गये और राजर्षि इन्द्रसेन भी निष्कण्टक राज्य का उपभोग करके अपने पुत्र को राजसिंहासन पर बैठाकर स्वयं स्वर्गलोक को चले गये । इस प्रकार मैंने तुम्हारे सामने ‘इन्दिरा एकादशी’ व्रत के माहात्म्य का वर्णन किया है । इसको पढ़ने और सुनने से मनुष्य सब पापों से मुक्त हो जाता है ।

When the gods and the demons churned the milky ocean in days of yore, nectar came out of it। Lord Vishnu assumed the form of Mohini, a charming lady, deluded the demons and distributed the nectar only among the gods। But Rahu had disguised himself as a god। The sun and the moon pointed this out to Mohini who immediately slashed off the demon’s head। Since the nectar had by then already reached up to the neck, he did not die। Thus the head came to be known as Rahu and the body as Ketu. To avenge this betrayal, Rahu and Ketu periodically eclipse the sun and the moon. In Hindu astrology Rahu and Ketu are known as two invisible planets. They are enemies of the Sun and the Moon, who at certain times of the year (during conjunction or opposition) swallow the Sun or the Moon causing either a solar or a lunar eclipse. In Sanskrit this is known as grahanam, which is literally "a seizing." It is thought that the sun and the moon suffer a lot when demons 'Rahu' and 'Ketu' seize them and start swallowing them slowly as a snake swallows a frog. If the eclipse lasted too long they might die ! Thus for the early release of the sun and the moon from an eclipse nothing could be done except praying to the gods and goddesses. Therefore, the holy and noble minded men of the past introduced these rites and rituals for the well-being of the sun and moon, for good of themselves and for the good of all inhabitants of this world.Do’s and Don’ts for Eclipse The eclipse Vrata should be observed if any part of the eclipse is visible from the country that you are residing in.

Wash clothes used for puja and others, your house, temple should be cleaned. Bed, Blankets, etc. are to be dusted or exposed to sunlight. During the eclipse all cooked food becomes impure and not fit to be eaten afterwards. Food made by mixing flour and water should not be eaten, do not keep drinking water in a pot. Any food, cloths or any items stored in a place can be made pure by putting a holy grass (Dabro). Putting a grass this way avoids any item being impure.One should not take food during the eclipse. When the eclipse begins the food should by then have been digested. One should take food only after seeing the sun or the moon free from the eclipse. When the clear sun or the moon is not seen before sunset or sunrise, in the case of the solar and lunar eclipse respectively, food can be taken only after the sun or the moon is seen the next day. Gautama in Parashar Madhava explains the fasts to be observed, ‘All except the young, the old and the ill should stop eating four Prahars (12 hours) before a solar eclipse commences and three Prahars (9 hours) before a lunar eclipse commences. The young, the old and the ill should stop eating one Prahar (3 hours) before an eclipse.’AFTER ECLIPSEAfter Eclipse is over, do not touch clothes before taking bath. So, before eclipse begins, put aside clothes/towel but this should be clean and unworn cloths. to be used after your bath. Clothes which are unclean or have been worn or touched are impure and to be washed after the eclipse. Prepare the place for worship during eclipse, do not use cotton sheets to sit on, such sheets should be dusted and put away. Put aside other activities and plan to spend time doing Dhun/Kirtan.
DURING ECLIPSE
During the eclipse, Lord has said in the Shikshapatri:Whenever an eclipse of the Sun or the Moon takes place, all my disciples shall immediately suspend all work and after purifying themselves shall chant the Mantra of Shree Krishna। Shloka 86Prepare the asan to sit on and lit a diva and sit peacefully in a middles of the house or a room and then chant kirtan, jap or read scriptures. Spend your time doing Dhun/Kirtan, reading/listening scriptures etc. Those who do Japa at the time of the eclipse derive great benefits. For example if you do 1 mara during the eclipse, it has the same fruits as doing 100 maras on a normal day. The effect of Japa and Sankirtan during the eclipse contributes towards relieving the suffering of humanity and also of the planets. These people receive the blessings of the gods. They attain perfection quickly. The little intellect cannot understand many things in this universe. Hence, have faith in the words of sages. Ignorance has eclipsed Self-knowledge. However, this eclipse will disappear. You will shine in your own glory. This is the spiritual significance of the eclipse.How to do JapChant within your heart – this is more rewardingChant mumering – medium rewardingChant loudly – less rewarding Pray to god to protect us from the vices like lust, and anger॥ Pregnant women should not see the sun or the moon during the time of the eclipse. When the eclipse is over, they shall take a bath with clothes worn at that time. Householders shall give alms to the poor according to their means and ascetics shall worship God. Shloka 87Take bath/shower with all clothes and then only touch/wear clean clothes. As mentioned earlier, you have prepared this cloths Grihasth (Householders) should donate for good causes, Tyagi (Saints) should do puja of God. मन ही मन भावना करो कि हम गुरुदेव के श्री चरण धो रहे हैं … सर्वतीर्थों के जल से उनके पादारविन्द को स्नान करा रहे हैं खूब आदर एवं कृतज्ञतापूर्वक उनके श्रीचरणों में दृष्टि रखकर … श्रीचरणों को प्यार करते हुए उनको नहला रहे हैं … उनके तेजोमय ललाट में शुद्ध चन्दन से तिलक कर रहे हैं … अक्षत चढ़ा रहे हैं … अपने हाथों से बनाई हुई गुलाब के सुन्दर फूलों की सुहावनी माला अर्पित करके अपने हाथ पवित्र कर रहे हैं … पाँच कर्मेन्द्रियों की, पाँच ज्ञानेन्द्रियों की एवं ग्यारवें मन की चेष्टाएँ गुरुदेव के श्री चरणों में अर्पित कर रहे हैं …
कायेन वाचा मनसेन्द्रियैवाबुध्यात्मना वा प्रकृतेः स्वभावात् करोमि यद् यद् सकलं परस्मैनारायणायेति समर्पयामि

सदगुरुदेव साथी-सगे सब स्वार्थ के हैं, स्वार्थ का संसार है निःस्वार्थ सदगुरुदेव हैं, सच्चा वही हितकार है ईश्वरकृपा होवे तभी, सदगुरुकृपा जब होये है सदगुरु कृपा बिनु ईश भी, नहीं मैल मन का धोय है निर्जीव सारे शास्त्र सच्चा मार्ग ही दिखलाय है दृढ़ ग्रन्थि की जड़ खोलने कि युक्ति नहीं बतलाय है निस्संग होने के सबब से ईश भी रुक जाय है गुरु गाँठ खोलन रीति तो, गुरुदेव ही बतलाय हैं गुरुदेव अदभुत रूप हैं, परधाम माहीं विराजते उपदेश देने सत्य का, इस लोक में आ जावते दुर्गम्य का अनुभव करा, भय से परे ले जावते परधाम में पहुँचाय कर, स्वराज्यपद दिलवावते छुड़वाय कर सब कामना, कर देय हैं निष्कामना सब कामनाओं का बता घर, पूर्ण करते कामना मिथ्या विषयसुख से हटा, सुखसिंधु देते हैं बता सुखसिंधु जल से पूर्ण अपना, आप देते हैं जता तन इन्द्रियाँ मन बुद्धि सब, संबंध छुड़वा देय हैं अणु ग्रहण करत सूर्य ज्युँ, जग माहीं चमका देय है आधार सारे विश्व का, सबका ही जो अध्यक्ष है सो ही बनाते जीव को, ब्रह्माण्ड जिसका साक्ष है इक तुच्छ वस्तु छीनकर, आपत्तियाँ सब मेट कर प्याला पिला कर अमृत का, मर को बनाते हैं अमर सब भाँति से कृत कृत्य कर, परतंत्र को निज तंत्र कर अधिपति रहित देते बना, भय से छुड़ा करते निड़र कंचन बनाते देह को, रज मैल सब हर लेय हैं ले कांच कच्चा हाथ से, कौश्टब मणि दे देय हैं इस लोक से परलोक से, सब कर्म से सब धर्म से परतत्त्व में पहुँचाय कर, ऊँचा करे हैं सर्व से सदगुरु जिसे मिल जाये सो ही, धन्य है जग मन्य है सुर सिद्ध उसको पूजते, ता सम न कोऊ अन्य है अधिकारी हो गुरुदेव से, उपदेश जो नर पाय है भोला! तरे संसार से, नहीं गर्भ में फ़िर आय है ईश्वर कृपा से, गुरु कृपा से, मर्म मैंने पा लिया ज्ञानाग्नि में अज्ञान कूड़ा, भस्म सब है कर दिया अब हो गया है स्वस्थ सम्यक, लेष नहीं भ्रांत है शंका हुइ निर्मूल सब, अब चित्त मेरा शांत है

वाटवाट सावित्री VRAT SAAVITREE व्रत
: Purnima day of bright half of Jeh is known as Vat Saavitree Vrat। The beginning of the Vat Saavitree Vrat is made from eleventh day of the bright half of Jeth। This festival is celebrated in the context of the Pauraanic story wherein Mahaasatee Saavitree regained her husband Satyavaan from Yama। Married women whose husbands are living, are worshipping the banyan tree on this day। On account of observation of this vow, the married women continue their joyous state of wifehood. On this very day intellectual Saint Kabir's Jayanti is also celebrated .
संत कबीर
Guru Kabir was one of the most famous mystic saints which India has produced. His teachings are equally important for people of all religions, because he preached impartially. In one of his famous couplets (sakhis), he stated: Kabir khade bazar men, sab ki chache khair; na kahu se dosti, na kahu se bair (Kabir stands in the open market place and wishes the welfare of all. He is neither a friend nor an enemy to anyone). He came to teach people the "true religion of the heart". He wanted to turn people away from the empty ritualism of religion, and to show them the inner path which leads one to union with Divinity. In other words, he taught Self-realization and loving devotion to the formless Divine Power that dwells within. Though Self-realization has been taught in the Advait Vedanta or Non-dualistic school of philosophy of India, Guru Kabir re-emphasized this teaching, along with loving devotion of great intensity and fervour. He thus taught and lived a combination of Gyan Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Karm Yoga. And all of these were done in his inimitable way which stemmed from his own inner realization and his identification with the Supreme Being. He stated: "I went in search of the beautiful colour of my beloved and I saw that colour manifesting everywhere. When I searched for it I found that I have been coloured in the same beautiful colour." Again he stated: "Uttering Your name, I have become You, and I have no individuality or ego left in me." Further he stated: "I am neither a Hindu nor a Muslim, but a puppet made of five elements in which the mysterious power plays." His influence on the religious life of the people of India has been quite substantial.
